Shipping and Returns

ORDER SHIPPING

All of our product offerings are manufactured and assembled here in our Chantilly, VA location. Most items online are in stock, but occasionally they will need to be made before the item can be shipped. 

Depending on the product you order, you will be given both USPS First Class and Priority shipping as options for shipping. We ship from zip code 20151. We do not control the length of time it takes for delivery and we do not control the delivery method. USPS is responsible for all delivery times and methods.

  • USPS First Class packages in USA take 2-6 business days on average to be delivered.
  • USPS Priority packages in USA take 1-3 business days on average to be delivered.

We do ship to P.O. boxes and APO addresses via USPS. We also ship internationally but please keep in mind that both the shipping rates and shipping times will vary depending on your location.

Also be mindful that import taxes vary from country to country. Please contact the customs department for the country you are having your package delivered to (international orders) if you have any concerns regarding customs/duty taxes. It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay any VAT taxes, duty/customs taxes on good purchased outside of the country that the package is being delivered to.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

If you have an item you are not happy with or having an issue, please email us and we will arrange to fix the issue or compensate you. Your happiness is our mission!

We're 100% committed to making you happy. Each case is hand checked by a member of Team myHonor before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your case arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction. Some cases will naturally have some minor blemishes from the manufacturing process. We inspect each item to ensure it has only minor blemishes that do not interfere with looks or operation of the item. If an item has more than an acceptable amount then myHonor will sell those items at discount with a notice of the defect or the items will be sold as a manufacturer reject at a greatly reduced price. All discounted or manufacturer defect items are not refundable.

Should you wish to return your item(s), please kindly email us with the reason of return, within 90 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable).

To request further instructions on how to return your order, please email us at myhonor@tugaproducts.com. Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted.

Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment. If the payment was made using credit / debit card or bank account, there might be a lead time required by PayPal (our credit card settlement service provider) to set up the credit transaction with your bank.
 Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team.  Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before your order has shipped. To cancel an order, please email us at myhonor@tugaproducts.com. We will be happy to process your cancellation and refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method that was used at the time of purchase. It typically takes 2-3 business days for the funds to process back into your account. If there is an issue with the original payment method, such as a lost or stolen credit card, we will be happy to offer you an in-store credit for the full value of your purchase. If your order has already shipped, you must follow our Returns and Exchange policy in order to receive a refund.
